If you are undecided about a major, don't panic! There are many resources to help you get started:

Attend a FREE Career Clues Workshop (one hour)

at the Taylorsville Redwood Campus Advising Office (SC 240). This free session will cover career assessments, job outlooks, and how to navigate the Internet to find career information. To find out when Career Clues are offered, click here!

Attend a Career and Major Fair

March 10, 2010 - 5:00 am to 8:00 pm at the Student Event Center, Taylorsville Redwood Campus. Talk with faculty, advisors, and staff representing over 70 different majors and programs at SLCC. Don't miss the free food and prizes!

Take a Career Assessment

at the Academic Advising offices at Taylorsville Redwood Campus, South City, or Sandy campuses. The Myers Briggs Type Indicator relates your personality type to careers. The Strong Interest Inventory and Campbell Interest Skill Survey relate your skills to your interests. After you take an assessment, meet with a Career Advisor to discuss the results.

Meet with an Academic and Career Advisor
