Alumni OneCard
To take advantage of the many benefits offered to SLCC alumni, you must have an SLCC Alumni OneCard.
To purchase an Alumni OneCard, visit an SLCC Identification Center, fill out the Alumni OneCard form, and pay a one-time fee of $5.00.
You may download and print the Alumni OneCard form here, fill it out, and take it to an SLCC ID Center.
The SLCC ID centers are located at the Taylorsville Redwood, South City, Sandy, or Jordan campuses.
