Incoming Freshmen to Salt Lake Community College Athletics need to do the following checklist:


1. Apply to SLCC and pay $35 application fee.

2. Send High School transcripts and ACT test score to SLCC Admissions.

3. Print and review the  General Education requirements.

4. Call and make an appointment with your Athletic Advisor:
