Child Development Theory and Best Practice

Child Development Theory and Best Practices will familiarize participants with the major theoretical perspectives associated with child development, as well as assist participants in formulating or re-evaluating their beliefs about developmentally appropriate practice and child development.  Participants will examine various child development theories and discover how these theories work together in creating the best care for children in early care and youth education settings.
