CCPDI will continue to Process applications received on our former
forms until October 1, 2009
Candidates applying using the older forms must supply the previously required support documentation.
Notable Changes to the Career Ladder Application Process:
- CCPDI will no longer require providers to submit the following support documentation with their applications:
- Copies of Current Career Ladder Level
- Copies of Current State Licensing Documentation
- Copies of CCR&R Career Ladder Certificates
- The following Policies Remain Intact:
- Applicants applying for a level with college credits require an official transcript and copy of degree
(If applicable)
- Applicants may not apply for a level advance and Training & Longevity Supplement Award at the
same time. Career Ladder Level must be processed and received BEFORE applying for the
Training & Longevity Supplement Award.
