In the belief that all children are entitled to supportive nurturing relationships in a quality environment, the mission of the Child Care Professional Development Institute is to promote professionalism while supporting a competent, qualified, well compensated workforce by providing a statewide professional development system that meets the diverse needs of the early care and youth education field.
