Child Care Professional Development Institute ServicesChild Care Professional Development Institute has a variety of professional development services: The Career Ladder Program recognizes and rewards child care professionals for the completion of ongoing training in the child care field. To view Career Ladder classes in your area, visit the statewide Training Registry at http://trainingregistry.jobs.utah.gov/ The Training and Longevity Supplement Program builds on the Career Ladder Program by recognizing and rewarding licensed center and family child care providers for a combination of Career Ladder training and years of continued licensed experience. The Career Ladder Endorsement Program offers focused training in specific areas. A child care provider can receive bonus money for completing each specialization area. CDA Scholarships are available for licensed center and family child care providers. **The professional development programs outlined here are funded through Federal Child Care Development Block Grant Fund. This funding is received year-to-year, and the programs and bonus amounts available each year will depend on the funding available.
