The Grants & Contracts staff provides the following services:

  • Research of funding opportunities
    Support for proposal development
    Partnership facilitation
  • Form completion (internal sign-off, contract sign-off, final sign-off)
  • Proposal submission
  • Negotiation with funding agencies
  • Interim and final reports / closeouts / facilitation
  • Fiscal and programmatic compliance monitoring
  • Facilitation and preparation of  media presentations, award nominations, scripts for productions surrounding sponsored projects
  • Program evaluation, SWOT (strength, weaknesses, opportunities and threat), assessment of program progress
  • Training in:
         -    Project management
         -Contract management
         -Preparation for grant writing
         -Evaluation of outcomes
         -Project development and implementation
